History Of Experience Training And It Is In China
 
Experience training comes of the Second World War. In one battle, supply fleet of allied forces were attacked by the submarine of Germany and then sank into the Atlantic Ocean. There were so many sailors fell into the ocean. Because of the seawater was so cold and the battle site was very far from the land, and most of the sailors were died but some of them escaped. To people's surprise, the sailors escaped are not the young and strong ones but older ones. Through investigation and research, some psychologists and experts of military affairs reached a conclusion that when the disaster is coming, the most important factor for if you can survive is not your body energy but your mentality making and strong will. For older sailors, they have plenty of experience; they can keep calm and analyze the condition in front of them. They have strong will to survive and escaped from the disaster, however, for those young sailors, there morale is low and do not know what to do, and there energy fall down quickly, meanwhile, the line of defense of there mentality breakdown, and the final result is death.
    
And then the military found a training school for sailors. Besides the body training, the most important training aim is for their viability, there will and their ability of teamwork. The training of these schools was very effective for the soldiers and saved many sailors lives.
    
When the Second World War was over, the function of this school was degenerated. Some experts of behavior gained the elicitation from this school. Kurt Hahn (German) and Lawrence Holt (English) started to use this kind of training to train normal people, and they brought forward the concept of Outward Bound. They thought that along with the progress of the society, as human come into industrial society, many people meeting the same difficulties as the sailor's. Facing the rapid work efficiency and the complicated interpersonal relationships, people sometimes conservative, impatient, and depressing. More badly, some people cannot receive pressure of the society and then to take some excessive action. These things bring a great loss to company and individual. Gradually,  There is one kind of training mode became come into being, which take the administrant and employee as their training object, and this kind of training aims to improve the working stills and the ability to adapt the complicated environments. Outward bound that they found is the earliest ancestor of the experience training, which they used to the cooperation management training.

The experience training started from the middle of 90 ages in China. At that time it is go by the name of expand training. Now, there are more than 100 experience training organizations in China, and it is gradually walk up to ripeness.
    
The experience training is a kind of two-way learning method that breaks away from traditional education concept. It is learning from experience. The research of psychology express that people can remember 10% of the information which he or she has seen, 20% from listening, 80% from experience. Every person has two different learning experiences, one is that we will forget the content of the examination gradually, if we do not review and then have the same examination again later, generally speaking, the result will be very different. The other is that after we've learned to swim or drive, even if we've long time away from those things, we still remember how to do that. It's very clear that the later one is the experiencing learning that we've talked about above. It has whole circle learning flow. Because the skills and experiences learned from the first method lack the operation and practice, the effect is not so good and the content that he or she has learned will be forgot easily. But for the experience learning, people will learn through the environment of simulated scene and practice time after time, besides, the experience learning link from the fact, and people will find the problems and shortcomings after training program, and when they come back to their office, they will avoid to make the same mistakes and  find the good method to do their job. The traditional lecture cannot catch such training effect.
